It's so easy on the Mac - you just set some preferences and then you can pop down the language menu, choose to fly the Russian flag, and open the keyboard viewer.</description>

		<description>I'm working the other way with some plug-in which places the Russian characters where they ought to be phonetically.  It works pretty well, but then I'm always forgetting where то фаинд Ы.</description>
